Senior Brand Partnerships Manager - Mazaj

Mazaj is a digital content platform creating engaging Arabic-first content for audiences across the region. As part of ITP Media Group, Mazaj works with leading brands and agencies to develop innovative branded content, influencer-led campaigns and digital entertainment.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to grow revenue and build strategic partnerships for Mazaj. The role will focus on developing new business, creating innovative branded content opportunities and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies and partners.

• Develop and sell creative branded content, influencer marketing and digital entertainment campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior brand, media, social and creative agency contacts.

• Lead proposals, pitches and negotiations from initial brief through to close.

• Work closely with creative, production, editorial and commercial teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

• Grow and manage a strong personal client portfolio.

• Stay up to date with digital, social, influencer and content trends to identify new commercial opportunities.

• Use market knowledge and existing industry relationships to generate new partnerships and revenue streams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, branded content, influencer marketing or a related commercial role.

• Proven track record of selling and closing branded content, digital or influencer-led campaigns.

• Strong network of brand and agency relationships.

• Experience working with major brands and creative/media/social agencies.

• Strong understanding of digital content, social media, influencers and platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
