The Organization

Our client is an established, highly respected speciality construction organisation seeking an accomplished Microsoft Business Systems & AI Automation Manager to lead the development and integration of its business technology infrastructure. Our client is entering an exciting growth phase and investing in sophisticated technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business intelligence, and support long-term scalability.

The Role

We are seeking an educated, technically proficient professional with extensive hands-on experience implementing and optimising the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, and can translate business objectives into integrated technology solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365: Architect, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and system governance.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
• CRM Integration: Integrate CRM platforms with Microsoft applications and enterprise business processes.
• AI Solutions: Implement Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational performance.
• Power BI: Develop Power BI dashboards, management reporting, and data-driven business intelligence.
• Leadership Partnership: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business processes and implement scalable technology solutions.
• Documentation & Standards: Establish system documentation, security protocols, and organizational technology standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Microsoft 365: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with demonstrated implementation and administration experience.
• SharePoint: Strong technical capabilities in SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating business applications, CRM platforms, and automated workflows.
• Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems architecture, data management, and business process optimization.
• Leadership Ability: Demonstrated ability to independently lead technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Copilot: Microsoft Copilot.
• Power BI: Power BI.
• Dynamics 365: Dynamics 365.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Industry Experience: Experience supporting construction or field-service organizations.
