Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary/upper school level will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of English Literature and effective teaching methodologies.
- Ability to plan and conduct engaging and interactive literature lessons.
- Strong analytical, communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
