Hourly Rate of $21.43

Full-Time Hours:

  • Full-time hours – 4-5 shifts per week

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Group Fulfillment Coordinator exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to support guests and internal teams by ensuring group and pass‑related programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of service.

  • Supporting the administrative functions and fulfilment of group orders and services, including group ticket preparation, order coordination, documentation management, and ensuring accuracy in billing, tracking and reporting 

  • Supporting the administration and fulfilment of pass programs, including managing staff pass data, supporting local pass products, and the staff pass program in alignment with established guidelines. 

  • Coordinating internal communication related to group services and staff pass administration to support accurate, efficient, and consistent guest experiences.  

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • 1-2 years of experience working in Blue Mountain Guest Services, Contact Centre and/or hotel Front Desk an asset.

  • Working knowledge of RTP point of sale system is an asset.

  • A willingness to gain knowledge specific to their job area and is receptive to feedback from leadership to further their own growth and expertise.
