Senior Supervisor Scheduling

 

Full Time - Hourly 

 

Dealer Solutions, Inc. (DSI) performs physical inventories in auto dealership parts departments. We are seeking a Manager to lead parts inventories who has either been a Fixed Ops Manager, Parts Manager, or Parts Specialist in a dealership.

Job Summary 

 

Supports the overall scheduling function by coordinating event scheduling activities and assisting in the oversight of date selection, rescheduling, and cancellation processes. Ensures schedulingoperations are carried out efficiently and accurately while helping to balance staffing needs across the organization. Works closely with leadership to optimize resource utilization, minimize additional hiring needs, and maintain effective scheduling practices that support operational performance.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Oversight of the Event Scheduling department• Meet with and coordinate work efforts across Customer, Event, and EmployeeScheduling.• Communicate in a highly professional manner with internal and externalcustomers• Ensure deadlines are routinely met as assigned by Customer Scheduling Team• Own and focus on reducing the variability of the schedule to achieve companytargets• Produce weekly performance summary reports that can be shared with seniorleadership• Manage departmental workflow• Monitor workflow to ensure compliance with both standard practices andcontractual parameters• Make key employment decisions: Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Termination• Host/Participate in weekly leadership meetings• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Working Conditions:

 

Remote work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use a keyboard and mouse, frequently.
