  • Assist with triaging behavioral health emergencies in the clinic as needed, staff with the appropriate licensed provider, and handle matters per Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
  • Handle blood draws, injections, EKGs, and drug screens for Behavioral Health Representatives who are Medical Assistants.
  • Process lab service orders in the EMR to send to the Lab, patient service center, or provide to a patient.
  • BH Representatives I and Floaters will cross-cover remotely and travel to other locations for coverage, as needed.
  • Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
