Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the overall cloud security framework and architecture to align with organizational goals. This role requires careful planning to ensure that security measures meet business needs and performance standards. The position also includes documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into cloud security-managed operations, ensuring continuous protection and compliance throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security objectives are met.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment and compliance frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security policies and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with security control implementation and monitoring in cloud infrastructures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
