Make an Impact as a Clinical Data Associate II at Worldwide
Accurate clinical data is essential to advancing research, and your work will help ensure study data is complete, reliable, and ready to support critical decisions. As a Clinical Data Associate II, you'll play a key role in day-to-day data management activities across clinical studies while collaborating with internal and external teams.
In this role, you'll contribute to the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through data review, reconciliation, testing, and study documentation activities. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will help drive efficient study execution and support successful trial outcomes.
Where You'll Work
This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Argentina. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
What You'll Do
- Perform data cleaning activities, including query review and closure, to support data quality and study timelines.
- Review database pages and identify data issues to help ensure accurate and complete clinical trial records.
- Prepare and distribute study-specific data management metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of EDC databases to support system readiness and performance.
- Review third-party vendor data reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
- Perform Database Quality Assessment (DQA) reviews to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Review SAS listings and data checks, taking appropriate action on queries and findings.
- Prepare end-of-study media and documentation to support trial archival activities.
- Submit final study documents to the Trial Master File in a timely and organized manner.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience in clinical research, data management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
