Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Direct, train, mentor, and motivate cleaning associates and supervisors across your assigned accounts. Foster a positive, supportive work environment focused on accountability, performance, and safety.

Quality Assurance & Inspections: Conduct regular, detailed quality inspections across all client facilities to maintain strict cleanliness and service standards. Address and resolve operational deficiencies promptly.

Client Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for facility managers and business clients. Build strong professional relationships, conduct client check-ins, and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction and contract retention.

Operations & Resource Management: Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and labor allocations. Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure teams have the proper tools to succeed without exceeding budgets.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and proper chemical handling procedures across all work sites.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven experience in supervisory, management, or team lead roles (experience in commercial janitorial, facilities management, hospitality, or retail logistics is a strong plus).

Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple facility sites.

Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
