Roles are remote, and candidates must reside within the territory they are applying for.
Territory Manager, Direct to Consumer owns the sell-in performance of an assigned fiber territory, turning new and mature passings into installed, revenue-generating customers on pace with the market launch plan. The role exists to keep fiber build and sales execution connected, working with JV partners and Account Managers so capacity and staffing gaps are caught early rather than showing up as forecast misses. The Manager also brings local competitive insight to leadership and escalates systemic issues with a recommended path forward.Job Responsibilities:
- Owns the day-to-day sell-in plan for an assigned territory's fiber addresses, covering new passings, mature passings, and any market launch activity within the territory.
- Tracks JV install capacity at the local level and works directly with JV field/ops contacts to flag and resolve capacity issues that put HHP delivery or sales forecasts at risk.
- Builds and maintains the territory-level sales forecast, reconciling actual HHP delivery against plan and flagging variances to the Senior Manager.
- Partners with Account Managers to align staffing to territory demand, providing address-level detail so staffing decisions are grounded in real passing and capacity data.
- Monitors and reports local competitive activity (build, pricing, promotions) within the territory and feeds it up to inform broader strategy.
- Identifies underperforming addresses within the territory and drives local corrective actions in partnership with sales and JV operations.
- Maintains accurate, current address-level data and reporting for the territory, and escalates cross-territory or systemic issues (capacity, staffing, competitive) to the Senior Manager with a recommended path forward.
- Performs other duties and projects identified by management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience in telecom, fiber/broadband, sales operations, or territory management, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. (Required)
- 2-4 years Experience in fiber, broadband, or telecommunications, ideally with direct exposure to JV operating models or market launches (Required)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $89,355 - $161,115National Base Pay Range: $77,700 - $140,100
