Business Development

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Professional Relations Liaison (Business Development) to join our team supporting Hillsborough County. The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Empath Health services. He/she would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for an increased Empath Health presence and collaborations which will improve access to home health and related programs.

What you'll Do

• The Home Health Community Marketing Liaison is a relationship and educational position.
• The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Home Health services.
• The Liaison would be an expert in Home Health services, as well as adept at education our professional community regarding the benefits and scope of Home Health services.
• He/She would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years' outreach in Home Health, professional relations and/or sales experience in Home Health.
• Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.
• Effective communication and relationship building skills.
