Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 27 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our Kitchen Team in a permanent capacity.

This role is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Bakery section through the preparation and production of breads, croissants, Danish pastries and other bakery products. Working closely with the Chef Baker and Pastry Team, you will help maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency and food safety while contributing to exceptional culinary experiences across the resort.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, croissants, Danish pastries and other bakery products according to Four Seasons standards.
• Assist the Chef Baker in the daily operation of the Bakery section.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, production methods and presentation standards.
• Assist in monitoring production schedules and daily preparation requirements.
• Support the training and guidance of junior bakery team members when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of bakery work areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Pastry, Kitchen, Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Banqueting teams to support operational needs.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Baker, Demi Chef Baker or similar role within a luxury hotel, bakery, pastry shop or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of bakery production, dough preparation and baking techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good command of the English language.
• European Passport or legal right to work in Greece.

Schedule & Contract

• Permanent position – 5 working days per week, 2 days off.
• Schedule may vary according to operational needs.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
