Description
Our client is a 5* luxury boutique resort, offering less than 30 exclusive private villas and exceptional personalized service.
The resort is currently in its pre-opening phase, scheduled to open in Q3-Q4 2027.
You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and will later on be overseeing the day to day operations of this unique property and lead and mentor a passionate local team who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Experience in 5* leisure resort and boutique operation
• Strong foundation in internationally branded properties
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 ready for the next step up would be considered
• Asia experience
• Working experience in Indonesia is a big plus
• Pre-opening experience
• Excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills
• Strategic thinker with sound decision making abilities
• Effective problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Committed to service excellence and high attention to detail
• Focused on enhancing guest satisfaction and identifying revenue opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, public relations and guest engagement skills
• Able to embrace and champion the vision of a unique luxury property
• Dynamic, resourceful and hands on
• Guest oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Proactive, driven and results focused
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Energetic, adaptable and computer literate
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Creative, innovative and quality-driven
