  • Take a proactive and visible leadership internally and externally on how to drive scientific expert mobilisation and advocacy solving market access challenges
  • Lead by example in external KEE and CoE engagement and establish trusted high level networks of experts
  • Enable Responsible AI Adoption: Build confidence and capability in AI to enhance scientific impact, efficiency and value, with appropriate human oversight.

  • Influence Cross-Functional Strategy: Bring medical expertise to Market Access, HTA and business planning while safeguarding Medical independence.
  • Advance Organizational Excellence: Strengthen performance, operating models and ways of working to increase external impact and reduce internal complexity.
  • Develop Future-Ready Talent: Build a strong leadership pipeline through workforce planning, succession, coaching and inclusive development.
  • Connect Nordic and Global Priorities: Contribute to Nordic strategy, share best practices across countries and ensure local needs shape broader decision-making.
  • Manage Resources Strategically: Own medical budgets and deploy resources to priority activities, launches and patient-impact opportunities.
