This role combines product and segment marketing with regional activation across North America and EMEA, helping bring Broadridge’s trading and connectivity solutions to market in a clear, compelling, and commercial way. Working closely with sales, account management, business leaders, and the broader marketing organization, you will develop messaging, execute integrated campaigns, support lead generation, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global campaign management: Support the development and execution of product, client, and thought leadership campaigns aligned to business priorities through coordinated, multi-channel programs
  • Events strategy: Lead the development and execution of the business’s annual events strategy and calendar, identifying priority industry conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities that advance business and brand objectives. Drive the integrated approach to maximizing event impact through pre-, during-, and post-event marketing across media, digital, and sales channels.
  • Regional marketing planning and execution: Develop and deliver integrated go-to-market plans aligned to global priorities and local market needs. Partner with digital, events, PR/AR, and brand teams to activate campaigns effectively
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales (North America and EMEA), and business leaders to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives
  • Performance measurement: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, including ROI and pipeline contribution. Share results and insights with marketing and business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience in-house or agency, ideally in capital markets or fintech
  • Knowledge of trading and capital markets, or a strong ability to learn quickly
  • Proven success delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and manage strategic B2B events programs that support business and brand objectives
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
