- Coordinate with PMs and Project Billers to address invoice readiness, unbilled items, collection risks, funding constraints, and potential write-offs
- Identify and quantify staffing, labor-mix, utilization, and schedule risks affecting forecast project performance
- Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Vantagepoint, including contract structure, phases, budgets, billing terms, revenue methods, and required financial attributes
- Review contracts, amendments, additional services, and extra work authorizations for financial terms, limits, milestones, and project risks
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; equivalent project-finance experience may be considered
- 3 or more years of experience in project accounting, project controls, project financial management, operational finance, or professional services accounting
- Working knowledge of WIP, ETC/EAC forecasting, revenue recognition, project billing, accounts receivable, project margin, and contract administration
