Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Assistance in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier arts and hospitality location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a positive environment through teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, galleries, entrances, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor flow, directions, and adherence to site guidelines.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
