The Senior Development Events Coordinator plays a key role in driving, coordinating, and executing Development-led donor engagement events that advance the mission of K-LOVE. This role partners closely with the Development Events Manager, internal Ministry teams, and external vendors to deliver exceptional, well-executed live and hosted donor experiences.

The Senior Coordinator takes full responsibility for assigned events, workstreams, and tasks from concept through post-event follow-up, exercising independent judgment, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of outcomes. This includes managing logistics, timelines, communications, data integrity, and on-site execution while representing the Ministry with excellence, integrity, and a servant’s heart.
