Car Dealership Lot Porter and Groundskeeper

What you’ll do

As a Lot Porter and Groundskeeper at Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership lot. Your responsibilities will include driving/parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness of the lot, stocking in cars, picking up parts from parts stores and delivering them to the dealership, taking customers home, mowing/weed eating grass, various errands. We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and has a strong attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock in vehicles
• Stage vehicles for recon center
• Drive vehicles to designated parking areas within the dealership lot
• Park and arrange vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
• Keep the lot clean and free of debris
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles
• Assist with inventory management
• Prior lot management a plus
• Mowing grass
• Picking up parts
• Taking customers home/work
• Empty trash

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous experience in a dealership or valet parking is preferred but not required
