Responsible for designing, integrating, configuring, and supporting Amdocs Ensemble infrastructure and environments, ensuring reliable deployment, operation, and maintenance across the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure, development, and operations teams.

## What will your job look like?

You will:

• Lead and support Ensemble infrastructure integration activities across different environments and stages of the SDLC.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and support Batch operational environments and Oracle Tuxedo environments.
• Perform operational activities including managing jobs, maps, and operational tables.
• Interact and collaborate with multiple infrastructure and IT teams as part of environment setup, integration, maintenance, and production support.
• Set up and configure IBM Maestro (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and AMC environments.
• Support Docker, Podman, and OCEOD setup, configuration, and integration activities.
• Work with CI/CD tools, including Perforce and Jenkins, to support deployment and integration processes.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and support deployment activities.
• Perform database-related activities using Oracle SQL, including working with database objects, queries, and operational data.
• Perform software system operations, including running maps and jobs, basic configuration and installation activities, and backups.
• Work on UNIX/Linux server platforms, supporting system integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot system and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues within agreed SLAs and provide effective production support.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Participate in software design reviews, testing, validation, and production support activities throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, errors, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support the adoption of standard tools, processes, and Configuration Control (CC) practices across the team.

## All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Integration Engineer working with Infra
• Proven experience with Ensemble infrastructure integration and environment setup.
• Experience with Batch operational environment setup.
• Hands-on experience with Tuxedo environment setup.
• Good operational knowledge of jobs, maps, and operational tables.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with IBM Maestro (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) setup and configuration.
• Experience with AMC setup and configuration.
• Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and OCEOD setup and configuration.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Perforce and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Automation.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux server platforms.
• Deep understanding of middleware technologies, particularly Oracle Tuxedo, and Oracle database technologies.
• Proven experience with Configuration Control (CC) tools.
