IT Operations Analyst III

Overview

The company is currently seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst III.

Responsibilities

The IT Operations Analyst III serves as a senior site-support and operational technology resource for assigned DNA facilities. The role provides advanced support for endpoint, infrastructure, network, workplace technology, and operational technology environments while serving as a technical leader and escalation point within the IT Operations organization.

The position leads complex troubleshooting efforts, coordinates technology activities across supported facilities, mentors junior team members, and drives improvements that enhance service reliability, supportability, and operational efficiency.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as a senior onsite and remote technology support resource for assigned facilities and business operations.
• Resolve complex endpoint, software, infrastructure, server, network, identity, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for IT Operations Analyst I and II personnel.
• Support Windows workstations, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Support and troubleshoot local and wide area network connectivity, switching, wireless networking, telecommunications, and related infrastructure equipment.
• Support plant connectivity, warehouse technology, manufacturing technology, and operational technology environments within assigned responsibilities.
• Act as the primary IT Operations representative for designated facilities and coordinate local technology activities with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.
• Lead technology deployments, upgrades, refreshes, infrastructure changes, and site-improvement initiatives.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, service restoration, operational readiness, and service transition activities.
• Analyze recurring incidents and operational issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, standards, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing for Analyst I and II personnel.
• Promote operational excellence, standardization, automation, service reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance, deployments, and service restoration activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, endpoint management, and workplace technologies.
• Advanced understanding of networking, switching, wireless networking, WAN/LAN connectivity, and infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization platforms, and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead complex technical issues through resolution and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of incident management, problem management, operational readiness, service transition, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Six or more years of progressive IT support or operations experience, or two years in an IT Operations Analyst II or comparable role.
• Associate or bachelor degree, technical training, or equivalent practical experience in information technology or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supporting endpoint, infrastructure, networking, and operational technology environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.
• Experience supporting switching, wireless networking, VPN, WAN, and telecommunications services.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, plant connectivity, or operational technology environments.
• Relevant technical certifications are beneficial.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to provide hands-on support in office, warehouse, manufacturing, and other facility environments.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to DNA facilities as required.
• Ability to work occasional nonstandard hours to support maintenance, deployments, projects, or service restoration activities.
