Job Responsibility

• 3M 대표 접착 solution인 테이프 및 접착제의 제품 물성 평가
• 테이프 제품 제단, 테이프와 접착제 평가시편 제작
• 시편 제작 후 만능인장시험기를 사용하여 평가 조건에 따른 물성 평가
• 접착제의 동적거동물성 평가를 위한 시편 제작 및 rheometer를 사용한 물성 평가
• 고객의 사업 성공, 문제 해결을 위한 3M 제품 물성 data 분석 및 리포트 작성
• 효과적인 3M 접착 solution 물성 평가를 위한 idea 발굴
• 3M 신제품 개발을 위한 개발품 물성 평가 및 분석

Qualifications

• 화학 제품 물성 test 경력자
• Excel 및 Powerpoint 작성 능력 보유자
• 실험 data 분석 및 기술적 문제 해결 경력자
• 고객 기술지원 업무 경력자
• 고등학교 이상 졸업자

Preference

• 접착 테이프 및 접착제 평가 경력자
• 만능인장시험기, 동적물성측정기 경력자
• 품질 관리 업무 경력자
• 화학 관련 전공자 / 전문 학사 학위자
• 영어 읽기/쓰기 가능한 자

Condition

We are currently seeking talented and passionate individuals for a Product Physical Properties Evaluation role in the Industrial Tape and Adhesive Division.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical properties of tapes and adhesives, which are representative adhesive solutions of 3M
• Cut tape products and prepare test specimens for evaluating tapes and adhesives
• After preparing specimens, evaluate physical properties under various test conditions using a universal testing machine
• Prepare specimens for evaluating the dynamic behavior properties of adhesives and conduct physical property evaluations using a rheometer
• Analyze 3M product physical property data and prepare reports to support customers’ business success and problem-solving
• Identify ideas for effective physical property evaluation of 3M adhesive solutions
• Evaluate and analyze the physical properties of developmental products for 3M new product development

Qualifications

• Experience in physical property testing of chemical products
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in experimental data analysis and technical problem-solving
• Experience in customer technical support
• High school diploma or higher
• English skills - reading & writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating adhesive tapes and adhesives
• Experience using a universal testing machine and rheometer
• Experience in quality control
• Major in chemistry-related fields / Associate degree holder
