Associate Production Manager

As an Associate Production Manager at Murex, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of mission-critical trading and financial systems used by our clients around the world.

You will work closely with clients, support teams, consultants, and technical experts to maintain service stability, coordinate production activities, resolve incidents, and continuously improve the quality of our services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and working in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be supported and mentored by experienced Production Managers while progressively taking ownership of your own client portfolio.

What You'll Do

Be a Trusted Partner to Clients

• Act as a key contact for production-related activities.
• Build strong working relationships with client support teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and ensure clear, professional communication.
• Prepare service reports and contribute to client service review meetings.

Coordinate Day-to-Day Production Operations

• Coordinate internal teams to resolve incidents and production requests, and maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead investigation and conduct resolution of high-profile cross-domain incidents.
• Monitor instance health and track service KPIs and operational metrics.
• Escalate critical issues when required and help drive timely resolutions.

Drive Service Excellence

• Support incident, release, and change management activities.
• Help ensure production processes and best practices are consistently applied.
• Track improvement initiatives and contribute to problem management activities.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and knowledge materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work with consultants, support engineers, cloud teams, and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across virtual teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Learn from experienced Production Managers and gradually expand your responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in supporting or implementing MX.3 platform

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in customer success or similar functions.

• Solid technical background (experience with Databases, Linux, XML)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop expertise in Capital markets technology
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in production support, application support, service delivery, operations, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with incident management, SLA tracking, or IT service management practices.
• Exposure to cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
