Description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

This role sits within Business Projects & Processes team and manages the cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives that connect our GTM initiatives and client-facing teams with Services, Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal functions. The role focuses on strengthening internal alignment, improving ways of working and enabling the client-facing teams to operate more effectively and contribute to better customer experiences, retention, and growth. You will participate in or own these initiatives end-to-end - from implementation, governance, documentation, metrics, communication, and enablement - and continuously improve the methodologies, frameworks, and tools that help the business deliver on its strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs.

What you'll do

  • Manage cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives that support GTM and connect the sales organization and other client-facing teams with Services, Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal functions.
  • Own assigned processes and initiatives end-to-end, including planning, implementation, governance, documentation, communication, enablement, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align priorities, define responsibilities, and ensure consistent execution across teams and regions.
  • Design and improve scalable processes, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and ways of working that increase efficiency, collaboration, and operational consistency.
  • Analyze process performance and business data, track results, identify improvement opportunities, and provide reliable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support change management and the rollout of new processes, tools, and updates, helping teams understand, adopt, and apply them effectively.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, best practices, and communication materials for sales, client-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, company-wide initiatives, and activities that support business goals, OKRs, KPIs, and better outcomes for internal teams and, ultimately, customers.
  • Deliver enablement and continuing education sessions, build business knowledge, stay up to date with operations best practices, and mentor junior team members and newcomers.

What makes you a strong fit

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, process improvement, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes, projects, or initiatives from planning and implementation through governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, dashboard creation, and process or workflow configuration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment and collaborate effectively with client-facing teams, and multiple internal departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
  • Experience designing or improving processes, frameworks, tools, or workflows that make it easier for teams to collaborate and execute consistently.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, including experience supporting change, training, or enablement.
  • Service-oriented, self-directed, and well-organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working with regional and global stakeholders.
