Who you are：

To handle complex orders of customized products with sufficient technical knowledge in a project-based working context.

About the job：

• Take over inquiry from sales company and make quotation on time.
• To receive and review customer orders, clarify supply scope/delivery schedule or special requirement.
• Order registration in the ERP system.
• Respond order confirmation with validated price and delivery date.
• To contact sales company/customer for making shipping preparation per contract articles.
• Coordinate shipping issues and assist Finance to issue invoice after delivered.
• To prepare monthly report and maintain/analysis sales data.
• Deal with claims from customers timely and efficient.
• To act as technical specialist for the department to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or other departments.

What you know：

Knowledge and skills:

·           Bachelor or above degree.

·           3 years and above working experience in foreign owned enterprises is preferred.

·           Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

·           Well-developed commercial understanding with knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.

·           Highly developed analytical skills with demonstrable creative problem-solving experience.

·           Project management experience is preferred.

·           Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).

·           Ability to relate from the shop floor to the executive levels.
