Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Flight Test Operations Engineer (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Test Centre department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the Flight Test Operation Control Center and the Flight Operations Engineering group in charge of research and expertise. You will second the Airline Flight Operations Testing expert in building the technological pillar of activities to drive operational improvements.

Your challenges:
- Analyze flight operations and propose improvements through new technology usage, policy guidance, and risk management.
- Conduct technology watch (optimization, networking, simulation) and assess usability of business APIs and services.
- Build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Prototypes (MVPs) for flight deck and desktop operational tools.
- Act as Business/Product Owner for tooling development following Airbus legacy processes.
- Contribute to long-term strategic roadmaps and animate technology dissemination workshops.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in engineering (Software development) or Data Analytics.
- Required experience in Data Analytics, modeling, AI models, with proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Appscript, and Google/SkyWise environments. Experience in Airline, Flight Operations Engineering, and aircraft systems functions is a plus.
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset, curiosity, and strong ability to explain and train.
- Innovative mindset, good interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to a reactive, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced level in English and French.
