Regional (Senior) Product Manager, High Jewelry

Are you a good match?

You have proven experience in the luxury or Jewelry industry, with strong expertise in product marketing, stock and performance management. You are analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ, cross-functional teams, and markets. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; French is a plus. You are also proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What are we expecting from you?

As the Regional (Senior) Product Manager, High Jewelry, you will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Director. In this function you will:

1/ Product, Stock & Performance Management

• Orchestrate logistics for product requests from APAC Markets and HQ, ensuring efficient and timely distribution across the region, and maximize sales potential by stock strategy (arbitrate among regional markets & active communication with HQ)
• In charge of assortment planning and allocation discussions with regional market insights, product priorities, event needs, and marketing rationale, and provide Marketing analysis to support Regional Marketing Manager on building 360 marketing plan
• Handle enquiries & sales follow up (transfers, deposit windows, Pricing, CS…) and special order requests from markets & HQ related to High Jewelry creations, coordinating from ideas, drawing & sales follow up, with strong and accurate communication with HQ and Markets to ensure clear explanations & follow up

2/ Event Orchestration

• Key driver on product training, manipulation training & tools to support Retail readiness before key events, and orchestrate logistics for product requests from APAC Markets and HQ, ensuring efficient and timely distribution across the region
• Provide event preparation (e.g. booklet, sales tools), on-site product presentation (product walk thru, model show, display coordination) and post-event product analysis, while Retail owns client selection, treatment, CP arrangement, sales animation, follow-up, and conversion
• Coordinate sales follow up with markets & retail team (post event logistic, clients' requests, payment update, cancellation)

3/ Regional Engagement Building

• Support annual Regional High Jewelry Board and regular community gathering with Regional Retail to cultivate High Jewelry community, especially on administrative & logistic supports, and coordinate with HQ and other teams to ensure 360 involvement to build the community

• Provide contents and materials to nourish the community on business trend, key opportunities & challenges, and support markets to grow their community with regional insights & best practice sharing
