Company: The best roofing company of its kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. A 30-year-old, family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters.
Position: Roofing Sales (Inside Sales Only)
This role focuses on Sales and supporting the sales manager with customers, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction during the sales and installation process, completing post-installation paperwork, and presenting additional services, solutions or options to customers over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact homeowners to secure additional information or paperwork needed
• Schedule inspections as needed
• Provide customer service and deal with any issues or problems related to sales
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed
Required Skills:
• Strong phone sales, customer service and admin skills, Roofing Industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain products and services clearly
• Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
