Join Danone in Dubai as a Junior Business Controller within a dynamic and international environment. Supporting the business across the Middle East region, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to Sales and Marketing teams.

Acting as a true business partner, you provide valuable financial insights and contribute to optimizing profitability and sustainable business growth.

About the Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and highlight key risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly closing activities and monitor commercial and marketing investments.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver ad hoc analyses and actionable business insights.
• Develop business cases to support product launches, pricing initiatives, portfolio optimization, and strategic investments.
• Leverage SAP, Essbase, TTM, Power BI, and Excel to build dashboards, improve reporting, and enhance performance management capabilities.
• Contribute to transformation projects aimed at simplifying processes and driving operational efficiency.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting)
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, Essbase, TTM and Power BI is a plus
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Influence and Partner with Cross-Functional Stakeholders
• Proactive, Curious, and Continuous Improvement Mindset

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?  

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 

• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 

• You have never done a V.I.E before.
