Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Finning is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our equipment rental operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while coordinating with multiple teams across the business. You'll be responsible for managing rental transactions, invoicing, customer accounts, and rental portfolio administration while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Coordinate rental transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and process rental agreements, rental conversions, and equipment sales invoices.
- Maintain accurate rental records for both new and used equipment.
- Manage customer pre-authorized payment information and account updates.
- Prepare daily invoicing for equipment currently on rent.
- Track environmental levy charges and ensure proper documentation.
- Issue credit and debit notes accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding rentals, billing, and account information.
- Work closely with teams across sales, service, fleet management, finance, supply chain, warranty, and used equipment operations.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, including transportation and insurance providers, to support rental activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in an office or dealership
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing is considered an asset
- Experience in the equipment rental, construction, or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
