About the Role

As a Logistics Manager, you are a leader of people with responsibility for our on-site operations in our Harlem Pharmacy. Your primary mission is to foster a supportive, respectful, and accountable environment, because we believe that a delightful employee experience is the foundation of a delightful customer experience.

  • Build and lead a thriving courier team, dedicating your time to one-on-one coaching, celebrating successes, and professionally addressing the challenges your team faces on the ground in NY.

  • Provide strong leadership ensuring consistent communication, standard process adherence, and a supportive culture within the fulfillment operation in our Harlem pharmacy.

  • Master the art of balancing the daily needs of your teams with the strategic goals of the business, ensuring operational targets are met while making your couriers feel supported.

  • Utilize our technology and standard processes to ensure fairness and transparency in scheduling, routing, and daily operations for every member of your teams.

  • Partner with other leaders to share insights from the field, acting as the voice of your couriers to help us continuously improve as a company.

  • Compile loss reports, ensuring operational integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

  • You have proven experience leading, coaching, and developing frontline, hourly teams. Experience in logistics is a plus, but your track record as a leader in retail, hospitality, or similar service-oriented environments is most important.

  • You are an exceptional listener with outstanding people skills, driven by a natural curiosity to earn trust and solve the real-world challenges your team encounters.

  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver, skilled at finding the thoughtful middle ground between employee needs and business requirements.

  • You are adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies, viewing them as tools to help you better support your team and run a fair, efficient operation.

  • You are available to work within operating hours: Typical work day: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM Onsite
