Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment
• Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engines
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Conduct fleet maintenance including brakes, water pumps, alternators, and trailer wiring
• Maintain and repair single-phase and three-phase electric motors and equipment
• Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
• Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working condition
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude with vehicles and construction equipment
• Experience with fleet maintenance and equipment repair
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Construction equipment experience is preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in random testing as required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and periodic screenings
• Own basic mechanic tools
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, or out-of-town assignments when necessary
