Key Position Details:

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
• 8-hour day shift
• No weekends
• Remote position; must reside within commuting distance of Allina Commons in Minneapolis, MN
• Occasional onsite presence required for events, approximately a handful of times per year

Job Description:

Leads a team that provides overall administrative support for the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and pre-employment administration. A key responsibility is to drive continuous improvement of the recruitment experience while maintaining operational efficiency. As a leader of this team, the position is responsible for the new hire and onboarding experience; monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and providing day-to-day direction and guidance to employees responsible for support and coordination of new hire process to ensure a smooth, positive and seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
Principle Responsibilities

• People Management
  • Maintains engagement of team through staff development, team activities, and flexibility.
  • Provides active coaching and training to meet established standards.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires and on-boards new talent acquisition coordinators.
  • Ensures staff is consistently executing talent acquisition processes, using health care management technology, case management, and telephony as applicable.
  • Ensures staff is properly equipped to assist candidates and new hires in navigating the portal.
• Operations
  • Manages performance of center through service level agreement (SLA) data, staff performance, and volumes.
  • Understands and is able to communicate human resources policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Responds to escalated employee requests and provide guidance to employees and managers on talent acquisition related inquiries.
  • Leads the logistics and implementation of interview scheduling, new employee orientation program, including creating new hire packets, I-9 completion, distribution of materials and more on a weekly basis.
• Project Management
  • Recognizes continuous improvement opportunities and provide insight to talent acquisition services leader.
  • Coordinates and integrates with other functions and external parties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 5+ years in Human Resources, recruiting/talent management, preferably
• 0 to 2 years of leadership experience in a highly complex and/or unionized environment

Pay Range

Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
