Senior PR Executive

The purpose of this role is to provide account support and assistance in managing the client’s business, public relations strategy and to keep day to day activities running smoothly. Implements PR programmes, creates plans, proposals, reports, creative briefs and other communication deliverables. Works collaboratively across the agency and within the Dentsu business to ensure clients receive the best integrated public relations and communications solutions for their business.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans for dedicated client accounts according to guidance and allocation from the team lead. 

• Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets. 

• Develop content for press releases, media pitches, and other client deliverables, social media, etc. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and media contacts across various industries. 

• Secure media placements for client news and announcements. 

• Manage media inquiries and schedule interviews for client spokespeople. 

• Oversee social media strategy and content creation for assigned accounts. 

• Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to clients. 

• Identify and research industry trends and their potential impact on clients. 

• Supervise and mentor junior PR staff, providing coaching and feedback. 

• Managed and delegated tasks to ensure efficient project execution within deadlines. 

• Stay up to date on the latest PR tools, tactics, and industry best practices.  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Public Relations agency or a corporate communications role. 

• Proven success record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns across various industries. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling in both Vietnamese and English.

• Strong media relations experience, with a demonstrable ability to secure placements and open to explore creators management.

• Experience with content creation, social media management, and media monitoring tools (a plus).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A passion for PR and a deep understanding of the current media and creators landscape.
