We are looking for a Senior Technical Incident Manager to lead business-critical technology incidents for QRT’s US broker-dealer operations. You will coordinate recovery across systems supporting trading, research, execution, and risk while strengthening operational resilience.
Your Future Role within QRT

· Assess business impact, prioritise recovery, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Maintain accurate incident records, timelines, and decision logs in designated ITSM tools.
· Lead post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation of recurring issues.
· Improve incident processes, controls, metrics, tooling, workflows, and automation.
· Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on regulatory requirements, audit readiness, business continuity, and operational resilience.
Your Present Skillset
· 10+ years of experience in technology operations or service management within financial services or trading.
· Hands-on experience in production engineering, SRE, application support, or infrastructure operations.
· Proven ability to lead major incidents and drive timely, controlled recovery.
· Strong knowledge of trading systems, service dependencies, failure scenarios, and change management.
· Experience leading root-cause reviews and improving incident processes and controls.
· Experience supporting engagement with US regulators, including the SEC and FINRA.
· Clear communication with technical teams, trading stakeholders, and senior leadership under pressure.
Nice to Have
· Python or shell scripting, observability platforms, or incident workflow automation.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
· ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent.
Base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000 per year.
QRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
