We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented marketing professional to drive end-to-end marketing, branding and corporate communication initiatives across Abans Group and its business verticals. The role will focus on strengthening brand visibility, executing marketing strategies, managing digital presence and supporting business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

1.    Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute organisation-wide marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

2.    Brand Management: Drive corporate branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand positioning across business verticals.

3.    Digital Marketing: Manage website, social media, SEO, digital campaigns and online brand visibility.

4.    Corporate Communications: Develop marketing collaterals, corporate presentations, newsletters and promotional content.

5.    Campaign Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement and business opportunities.

6.    Events & PR: Manage corporate events, industry conferences, sponsorships, public relations and media coordination.

7.    Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business heads, internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

8.    Budget & Analytics: Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance and measure effectiveness and ROI.

•    MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline.

•    5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, branding and communications.

•    Experience in BFSI, financial services or a multi-business organisation preferred.

•    Strong understanding of corporate branding and integrated marketing.

•    Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media and campaign management.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Experience in managing marketing agencies, vendors and external partners.

•    Strong creative thinking, planning and execution capabilities.

•    Ability to independently manage multiple projects and coordinate with business stakeholders.

•    Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting and budget management.

•    Understanding of financial services marketing and regulatory communication requirements will be an advantage.

A proactive, hands-on marketing professional capable of independently driving the Group's marketing and branding initiatives, managing external agencies and working closely with business stakeholders to enhance corporate visibility and support business growth.
