The Norfolk Companies is looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our residential remodeling team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and perform residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
• Install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry components.
• Coordinate jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule.
• Read and interpret plans, measurements, and installation drawings.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Coordinate with project managers, team members, and homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years of professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills.
• Previous experience leading projects or working with installation teams.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to residential job sites.
