In this role, you will take ownership of a key market segment, working closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets within the assigned territory
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• Identify customer challenges and provide strategic, solution-oriented recommendations
• Develop and execute territory plans, including account targeting and growth forecasting
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
• Collaborate internally to support pricing strategies and identify new product opportunities
• Manage and qualify inbound leads, converting opportunities into long-term business
• Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Maintain regular client engagement through travel and consistent communication

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
• Demonstrated success in negotiation, account management, and closing business
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities independently
• Overnight travel, as required
