About the Role:

The Specialist, Retail Marketing plays a key role in bringing Morphe’s omnichannel retail marketing strategy to life across US and global retail partners. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position supports the development and independently drives the execution of retailer-specific 360° marketing initiatives spanning product launches, core business activations, retail media, social, digital, and in-store marketing.

Serving as a key cross-functional partner, this role manages assigned programs from planning through execution and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, retailer objectives, and commercial goals. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, analytically minded self-starter who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and takes ownership of accurate, on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

· Support the Director of Marketing in developing retailer-specific 360° plans across key US and international accounts, aligning brand priorities, retailer calendars, and commercial objectives.

· Independently drive assigned retail marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch and recap, managing stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, deliverables, and proactive follow-up.

· Coordinate retailer paid media across onsite, offsite, search, and paid social channels, managing briefs, creative development, asset approvals, retailer submissions, launch timelines, and performance reporting.

· Partner with the Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing Strategy to develop clear campaign briefs defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, specifications, and owners.

· Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, Influencer, Sales, and E-commerce teams to deliver cohesive retailer-led and brand-led activations across digital and physical touchpoints.

· Own the accuracy and timely upkeep of global retail marketing calendars, campaign trackers, launch schedules, and retailer deliverable lists; flag gaps, risks, and changing priorities early.

· Develop polished, executive-ready retailer presentations, GTM and seasonal plans, campaign proposals, one-pagers, and recaps that translate marketing priorities and business insights into compelling storytelling.

· Coordinate day-to-day communication with retailer marketing partners, including meetings, agendas, retailer-facing materials, recaps, action items, and follow-through; support account-specific priorities for partners such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, and Target.

· Brief, route, and track retailer-specific creative assets for digital, paid media, and in-store placements, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with retailer specifications.

· Support budget tracking and reporting by maintaining accurate spend records, monitoring planned versus actual spend, and proactively flagging any discrepancies or potential risks.

· Monitor retailer and campaign performance against established KPIs, including awareness, acquisition, engagement, conversion, sell-through, sales versus plan, and year-over-year trends; synthesize learnings into actionable recommendations.

· Support retailer events, store openings, and experiential activations as needed; identify process improvements, anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and communicate progress proactively.

Who You Are:

A proactive owner who anticipates next steps, takes initiative, and follows through without repeated direction. Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent retailer projects and deadlines accurately. Analytical and commercially minded, able to connect marketing performance with retail business results. A confident communicator and strong storyteller who builds trusted internal and external relationships. Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-led when navigating competing priorities and unexpected challenges. Passionate about beauty, retail, product discovery, and the in-store and online consumer experience.
