We are thrilled to launch our North Campus in the 26-27 school year, initially serving about 300 students in grades K4-6 and 9.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Award-Winning Workplace: Recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by the Milwaukee Business Journal six times in a row, standing out as the only school on the list in most years!

  • Outstanding Resources: From a “classroom supplies” fund to top-notch curriculum to field trips to advanced technology, we shower our team with the tools they need to succeed. Our state-of-the-art facilities include advanced sports complexes, performing arts centers, top-notch classrooms and two swimming pools.
  • Whole-Child Approach: From arts to athletics to character education, we nurture students’ minds, bodies, and souls.
  • Joy Factor: This work is hard, but we work hard to bring JOY in all we do! Things like silly staff competitions, praise and worship sessions, team social events or learning a new skill like pickleball or gardening during a professional development day, we ensure our staff finds JOY with one another too!
  • Benefits: Aug Prep offers a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision,a 401(k) with employer match and employer-sponsored disability coverage. Full-time employees each receive $2500/year for college courses or professional development. For a more complete list of our benefits, please click HERE.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Ensure that all students receive a high-quality educational experience that promotes strong academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Serve as a positive cultural and spiritual role model for students, consistently interacting with students and families respectfully and demonstrating God's love through words and actions.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies that provide individualized and small-group instruction, adapting Aug Prep's approved grades 6–8 curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Use academic data and ongoing assessments to adjust whole-group and small-group instruction, ensuring students receive appropriate support and opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate students' academic and social development, maintain accurate and timely records, and prepare progress reports to communicate student growth and areas of need.
  • Identify individual student needs, make appropriate referrals, and collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop and implement strategies for students with individualized education plans.
  • Integrate technology, differentiated instructional strategies, and an understanding of diverse student learning styles into daily instruction.
  • Provide classroom coverage and instructional support as needed to support the overall needs of the school.
  • Communicate proactively and consistently with students, families, and colleagues, providing frequent updates on student progress, classroom activities, and school initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues, supervisors, students, parents/guardians, and community members, maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships that foster a strong, inclusive environment for optimal learning.
  • Continuously seek professional growth through building and department meetings, professional development, formal coursework, workshops, seminars, and in-services.
  • Serve with a flexible, open heart that recognizes no duty is outside the scope of your role. We are a team that is stronger together in service of our students.
  • Maintain a positive, productive, and student-centered classroom environment that reflects Aug Prep's high expectations, Christian values, and commitment to excellence for every student.

What We’re Looking For
