- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, 1 in 7 weekend rotation

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
