Title: Reliability Laboratory Tech 2nd Shift (3:00-11:30)

Summary: In this role you will set up dishwashers for testing in the reliability laboratory. The reliability laboratory technician will ensure the robustness and quality of design by executing reliability testing on complete products, subsystems, and modules, and accurately documenting performance in accordance with laboratory procedures. The reliability laboratory technician will consistently comply with safety, quality, cost, environmental, and energy management requirements. The reliability laboratory technician will communicate effectively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams and support continuous improvement, reliability, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install dishwashers on test bench, hook up power and water to units
• Perform T/0 inspection on test units.
• Use tools such as amp meters, force gauges, calipers, power drills, label machines
• Monitor test units daily for critical, major, or minor defects
• Log all failures/findings in our reliability lab database with tablet system
• Add rinse aid and detergent to all test units on a routine basis

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge along with troubleshooting skills.
• Use tools such as amp meters, force gauges, calipers, power drills, label machines
• Properly identify and name the components of a dishwasher
• Able to communicate in and write in English.
