This Position reports to:

Lead Talent Acquisition

 

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an effective talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with hiring managers and HRBP’s to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your market knowledge by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business.

 

The work model for the role is Hybrid.

You will be primarily accountable for:

 

• Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.
• Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.
• Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.
• Ability to conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research, providing insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, skill demand, and sourcing strategies to support hiring for niche and business-critical roles.

Qualifications for the role:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2+3 (bachelor’s degree in any discipline) from a recognized institution. An MBA in Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge in workday recruiting (end-to-end) will be an advantage.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with verbal and written articulation, enabling effective engagement with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth familiarity with sourcing and talent pipeline strategies, supported by experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc. and other outreach channels to reach promising candidates.
• Ability to conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research, providing insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, skill demand, and sourcing strategies to support hiring for niche and business-critical roles.
• Solid analytical and coordination skills, with experience handling multiple requisitions, keeping candidate information accurate, monitoring sourcing measures, and supporting hiring outcomes in a high-volume recruitment setting.
