Overview:

Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Guest Service Representative

Flexi schedule - rotating shifts as needed at Sentara Obici and BelleHarbour locations.

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Education

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - Required

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• One year previous customer service or healthcare experience - Preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.38 - $28.69 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
