We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) to join our team in a vital leadership and mentorship role. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple programs. As an RND, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while coaching, training, and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and mentor new hires on RN-delegated tasks
• Ensure compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) and s.N 6.03(3)
• Observe, evaluate, and document staff competency in RN-delegated tasks
• Conduct simulated and in-person training evaluations
• Review and update protocols related to RN Delegation
• Provide ongoing assessment and coaching to staff in the field
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with clients who may experience behavioral challenges
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement
• Travel to programs in Fort Atkinson, West Bend, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin licensure in good standing
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Experience in training and/or human services preferred
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Successful completion of a caregiver background check
