As a Business Analyst at FlexHub, you create clear and reliable specifications that support our development teams. You take ownership of specific functional areas, creating, refining, and validating requirements with a high degree of independence. Your work directly impacts the quality and usability of our software. By solving complex business and logical problems, you help the team deliver value faster.

What will you be doing? 👇

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Map data flows and dependencies across different systems.
• Refine and prioritize the product backlog together with the Product Owner.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and intended outcomes.
• Actively contribute to sprint planning and help the team understand business needs and value.
• Analyze production data to validate business assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create clear and comprehensive functional documentation and user guides.
• Stay up to date with banking and technology trends and share relevant insights with the team.
• Explain technical constraints and solutions to business stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
• Continuously improve the requirements-gathering process to increase efficiency and reduce rework.

Which skills & experience are important to us? 👌

• Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, ideally within a complex IT or banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, SQL, and agile requirements engineering techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex topics and translate them into clear, manageable user stories and requirements.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and development teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage requirements independently and negotiate scope with stakeholders.
• Interest in and practical understanding of AI and Generative AI, including the ability to identify potential use cases and apply AI tools to support business analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
