Job Description:

 

Cognitive Computing Platform AI/ML Engineering

You will be part of the platform team responsible for the creation and support of the Cognitive Computing Platform. This platform allows customers to interact with Fidelity in natural language across all the channels that are important to them.

As part of the team, you will architect and lead teams to implement solutions that enable customers to get the most out of what Fidelity can offer at Enterprise scale and across Fidelity’s Businesses. You will create intuitive and highly engaging conversational experiences that enable today's digitally savvy consumer to take control of their finances and feel confident in the choices that they. 

 

 The Expertise You Have

• Demonstrated Hands On Experience with the following is required, as well as leading teams implementing:
  • Software development and delivery cycle
  • Architecting large scale systems
  • Experience in Cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
  • NodeJS or Python
  • REST APIs
  • Experience with the following areas:
    • Building and evaluating Natural Language Processing Related Machine Learning Models
    • MLOps in automating Machine Learning Model services refreshing cycle
    • Integrating Machine Learning Model services with existing runtime conversation handling system
• Education / Certifications
  • Advanced education on computer science / data science related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience working in financial service industry focused on IT solutions
  • Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure etc….)
