We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining standards of excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety protocols

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen resources

- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a productive and professional team

- Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new culinary initiatives

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times

- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen or culinary environment

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
