Description
Northeast Arkansas sits right next to the Memphis hub for this reefer fleet. If you just got your CDL, you can train for $850 a week and be home about every two weeks once you're running solo.
First 3 Months
- 4 to 6 weeks of training at $850 per week
- Then a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch
After That
- Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
- $25 stop pay
- 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week
Freight
- Reefer lanes: Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
- Mix of drop and hook and live loads
Equipment
- Late model Freightliners
- Automatics and 10 speeds
- Pets and riders after training

Requirements
- 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
- Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
- DD214 accepted
- Max 2 moving violations in 2 years
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment
