This position reports to:
Continuous Improvement Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your skills by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop and support Power BI dashboards and Power Apps applications, reports, and KPIs to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
- Integrate, consolidate, and transform data from multiple sources including SAP, SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Data verse, and other enterprise systems.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and digital transformation.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end users to ensure effective adoption of developed solutions.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor´s Degree in IT Engineering or similar.
- 2+ years of experience working in similar positions.
- Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Solid experience working with Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python and SAP.
- Fluid English.
- Well-developed analytical thinking, problem-solving, change management, and effective communication skills, focused on process improvement and business efficiency.
